Hi Tai. I was happy to learn that you are back breeding Australian Labradoodles! I know your puppies will bring lots of happiness to their new homes.
As you know, it has been eight years since you sent Colby off from BC to Nova Scotia, and he is such a wonderful part of our family. He has a fantastic personality — smart, calm, and very loving and attentive to his people. Right from the start, he was quick to train, and settled into the rhythm of our home. The best evidence of his lovely temperament is that he has passed two evaluations with Therapeutic Paws of Canada so he is has his Therapy Dog certification for working with adults and also with children. For the past five years, he and I have been visiting nursing homes, universities, libraries and elementary schools — he has the confidence to walk into a room of new people rushing forward to pet him, and to settle down with a young reader to listen attentively as they read aloud. The qualities he displays as a therapy dog are not a reflection of special training; they reflect good temperament … and good breeding has a lot to do with temperament. To anyone thinking of getting an Australian Labradoodle, I certainly recommend the breed. I have allergies and I can’t tolerate many breeds, but I’ve never had a problem with our labradoodle. And he is non-shedding, so I’ve never had to vacuum to get rid of dog hairs! He is friendly, playful, keen to go for walks, and gentle and patient with my grand-daughters. And if you are thinking of getting an Australian Labradoodle from Tai, I think you are in excellent hands. I have had a great experience with this breeder. I was making the arrangements from Halifax, and Tai was so helpful. She has lots of knowledge to share and, from my experience, pays close attention to the health and nature of her dogs and puppies. I was apprehensive about the puppy being shipped from BC to Nova Scotia, but it all went perfectly. Tai seemed to have thought of everything, and was generous in her advice before and after the puppy’s arrival. My vet was equally impressed when I took our puppy for his first check up after arrival. I’d recommend Tai to anyone interested in getting a wonderful, healthy family pet. Nancy and Colby Halifax, Nova Scotia |
We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Tai and Sardis Park Labradoodles. Tai is a delightful person to deal with; kind, responsive and thoughtful. Her puppies are brought up in the house with the family one litter at a time, and the love and attention they get is reflected in their wonderful personalities. Tai’s attention to detail and knowledge about breeding is exemplary, and the Multigenerational Australian Labradoodles from Sardis Park are wonderful examples of what the breed is meant to be. We could not imagine a better family dog than our Sage- intelligent, gentle, athletic, energetic and playful without being hyper, and loves everyone, human or dog! You just cannot go wrong with Tai and this breed.

“I have worked with Tai for over 11 years. She gave me my gorgeous Cole. Tai is a very wonderful breeder that is honest and caring. Her dogs are fantastic. I highly recommend her program.”

I only came into my puppies life at 8 weeks old but when I met her it was love at first sight. I was most impressed with the Breeder Tai and her family. She hosted a beautifully clean, loving and perfect environment for puppies to be born into. I loved how her children took part in the whole process making it a perfect beginning for all the puppies. I was equally impressed with her knowledge and organization.
I learned so much from her in only a couple of visits. The thing that meant the most to me, she had in spades, loving and caring. I would definitely recommend her and already have to my friends. Thank you Tai and family. Angelyn, Bowen Island |
Our golden, medium-sized Labradoodle was purchased from Tai nine years ago. Jackson is a delight, not only to our family, but to everyone who meets him. Our grandchildren have grown up with Jackson and he has always been gentle and loving with them and every child he meets. He even loves cats!! There is a new kitten in our house who adores Jackson and is not the least bit frightened by his size. Jackson loves to run like the wind, and, he always comes back when we call him. His favourite thing is running on the beach with other dogs. It’s hard to believe that he is nine because he still acts like a puppy.

I purchased my sweet Morning Smiles Amelia in 2009 from Tai as an adult dog.
Amelia has all of the temperament qualities that I always look for in my breeding girls. She is gentle and loving. She was very well trained and well-mannered when she came to live with me. It was clear to me that she was pre-spoiled yet exceptionally well behaved.
Amelia produced some beautiful pups. Mia who went on to be a fantastic breeding girl and her daughter (Amelia's grand-daughter) Sophie who has made exceptional puppies.
Thank you Tai for doing a great job with raising my very special Amelia.

"Thank you Tai for Cassonade. She is the most amazing dog and has been the cornerstone of a great breeding program. She has produced so many amazing pups - spanning 4 generations now - and they are lovely. You could not have selected a more wonderful pup for me and my family. We love her more than words can express.
Cassonade is doing great. She will be 9 in September. She is my best buddy - sleeping with me every night, right beside my pillow. I am forever grateful that you picked Cassonade for me."

Tai and her family breed and raise wonderful labradoodles. We can't stop talking about how Charlie is the best dog we've ever had. From training, to socializing, to behavior, and temperament. Charlie is a cuddler & loves everyone and every dog. He's the smartest breed we've owned and he comes with a healthy checklist head to toe. We agree with Tai's puppy placement procedure. We think it works best for both family and puppy. Every family has a different environment and to ensure a happy home for the pup the family need to be happy too. We always say we'll get another one another one, and when we do Tai will be the first call. Krystine, Vancouver |
The decision to get a dog was a huge one for our family. Our two daughters suffered from intense dog fears when they were younger and my husband is definitely much more of a cat person (say it’s not so!), so…it took some time for us to decide that we were finally ready! Once we made the decision, we researched a number of different breeds and settled on an Australian Labradoodle. Finding Sardis Park Labradoodles and Tai was the answer to our prayers. Tai was an amazing guide and mentor to us. No question was too small – Tai always took the time to answer right away. That meant a lot to us as first-time dog owners. We also loved the fact that Tai’s puppies are all raised in her home with her family and friends constantly socializing them. You can feel her genuine devotion to her dogs and their health and temperament are a testament to this.
Our puppy, Quincy, is a huge joy and an integral part of our family. Her favourite things are to run like the wind when she is off leash on our frequent hikes, to play with other dogs and greet as many people as possible, and once she is finally tuckered out (which definitely takes some time – ha ha!), then she is a complete floppy, snuggle bug! Everything we could have hoped for in a dog.
One of our longer-term goals for Quincy was to certify her to be a Therapy Dog. Through our daughter’s anxiety therapy, we had the benefit of working with a number of therapy dogs. These dogs and their owners offered so much to our family, that it only reinforced our belief in the healing power of animals. It was our hope to be able to share that gift with others and we are so excited that Quincy and I are now a certified Pet Therapy Team with BC Pets and Friends and will be able to ‘pay it forward’.
We feel so grateful to Tai for her love, commitment and expertise in breeding such exceptional dogs.
